The Pacific Northwest, USA.

This site is home to what some suspect is the HAARP or High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. There may be a good reason that this area is obscured from view in Google Maps. This area has been admitted to be home to 22 US nuclear bombs, stored in bunkers under the site. The information was supposedly given by former Netherlands Prime Minister, Ruud Lubbers. He told National Geographic:

"I would never have thought those silly things would still be there in 2013. I think they are an absolutely pointless part of a tradition in military thinking."
