This dog was being squeezed to death by a python - until he made an incredible escape

One poor poochhad the worst of luck when he was attacked by a pythonin his back garden.

The video of the terrifying experience shows thepython tangled around the small dog while it frantically flailed around trying to make its escape. Unfortunately, the dog's attempts to bite the snake off had failed and things weren't looking so good.

Finally, someone comes to the rescue of the pup and tries to pry the snake off with a big stick. It took a few attempts but thanks to the help of the owner, the dog managed to make a lucky escape.

After he was freed the pup ran off in the opposite direction as fast as he could and honestly we can understand why. However, the snake didn't try a second attempt at making a meal out of the pet and slid off back to where he came from.
