Certain body parts require more hygiene

The human body generates bacteria that are good for our skin. Showering too often disrupts the bacteria population and can strip your skin of its natural oils. ‘Your body is naturally a well-oiled machine. A daily shower isn’t necessary,' adds Dr C. Brandon Mitchell. However, you should still practice proper hygiene. If you shower twice a week only, your face, your intimate body parts and your hands need more regular care.
