Man Visits Abandoned Church In Chernobyl And Makes An Unbelievable Discovery

The day of the Chernobyl disaster is a day that will forever live in infamy. Following a series of events resulting in catastrophic failure of one of the reactors, a radioactive cloud equivalent to 400 times the Hiroshima bomb spread into the atmosphere, forcing the local population to quickly leave the area and never return.

The damage to the people living in the area was devastating, with its lasting effects still being felt by future generations to come. The worst part: this wasn't the only time the Russian people were hit by a catastrophe of this kind - Russian also suffered a massive blow after the Kyshtym disaster of 1957.

An eery walk through the ghost town by Chernobyl

For 30 years, entire towns and villages around Chernobyl have been abandoned, like the village of Krasne, where a brave explorer has gone to visit the abandoned church. He wandered into this ghost chapel where everything seems to be frozen in time.

While this incident has gone down as one of the worst nuclear accidents of all time, it has left us with a perfectly preserved time capsule of a time that once was. Some remnants of the disaster even hold deadly consequences should you try to approach them.
