Julio Ceasar Mora is 110 years old. His wife, Waldramina Maclovia Quinteros, will be celebrating her 105th birthday in October. They were crowned the world's oldest married couple alive by Guinness World Records.

A combined 215 years
Julio Ceasar Mora was born on March 10, 1910. Waldramina Maclovia Quinteros was born on October 16, 1915. When this incredible record was confirmed, on June 23, 2020, their combined age was 214 years and 358 days, which is well over the previous record held by Texans Charlotte and John Henderson, whose combined age was 212 years and 52 days.
More under this adMore under this adThe two lovebirds met through family: Julio's sister was married to Waldramina's cousin when they met. Seven years later, on February 7, 1941, they eloped and got married in the company of just a few close friends because their families didn't approve of their marriage and didn't get along. Over time, though, they managed to bring their loved ones together.
Her tips for a long life
In a statement released by Guinness World Records, Waldramina talked about her 79 years of marriage.

Both retired teachers, they stuck by each other's side in the face of adversity and started a family that has grown exponentially over the years. They now have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren. One of their daughters said that her parents always enjoyed going to the movies or the theatre, gardening, and having dinner with the whole family.
Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Julio and Waldramina no longer get to see their loved ones and it's been hard on them.
