American Robs an Elderly Man in His Home While He Has No Choice but to Watch
One sunny summer afternoon, a robber marched into the home of an 88-year-old pensioner and stole money while the old man sat helplessly in a wheelchair.
It was a hot summer day in July 2019 when 88-year-old man Dennis Birch opted to leave his door open to let in some air. Dennis sat in his wheelchair and—presumably—spent some time gazing and admiring the outdoors.

His moment of peace came to an abrupt halt when an intruder marched into Dennis’s home and ruined his pleasant afternoon. The robber walked past, saw an open door, a man in a wheelchair, and decided it was his right to walk inside.
More under this adMore under this adThe man sat motionlessly while the intruder distracted him, took his wallet, and walked away. Dennis couldn’t do anything, but sit and watch the robber steal from him.
Dennis’s son, Paul Daley, watched the footage unfold. Thankfully, they had CCTV footage of the robbery. And Paul was “shocked” when he saw how the robber carefully distracted his dad.
