The hunt is on for UK's messiest bedroom...you could even win a free bed

If you’re the kind of person who’s morning ritual is picking your dirty clothes up off the floor and performing a sniff test or if you’re the type of person who looks to the floor each time you lose something (which is a lot) then this competition may be just what you need.

BedSOS is running a competition to find the UK’s messiest bedroom and the winner gets to not only crown themselves King or Queen of the pigsty, but they’ll also win a free bed worth £400.

If there’s ever been a time to be proud of your floordrobe or the collection of mouldy dishes under the bed, it’s now. BedSOS has already received tons of entries and will soon be ready to judge everyone on their absolute lack of hygiene.

Managing Director of BedSOS, Danny Richmond stated:

We've seen a lot in our time, but even we were shocked by the state of some of the bedrooms in the entries so far. With all the extra time people have been spending at home recently, it does make sense that things will be a little more cluttered than usual, but some of these take the cake!

He continued:

On the plus side, with the sheer number of entries we've received, if you're a bit messy yourself, at least you know you're in good company.

Even better, if you have a mate that has to clear a path to the door every time you come over then you can nominate them also.

The competition closes on Monday the 14th of September so there are only a few more days to get your entries in. Keep in mind that entries are only open for UK residents who are over 18.

Do you fancy winning a beautiful new bed, courtesy of bed and mattress specialist BedSOS? Of course you do! BedSOS are on the hunt for the UK's messiest bedroom. Simply take a picture of a messy bedroom; maybe you can longer see your floor, or the dishes from last weeks takeaway have not moved off the side table.

It doesn't even have to be your own bedroom, you might have a friend who never cleans their room, or maybe you have a messy family member. Once taken, upload the picture here to be in with a chance of winning a brand new bed*. Good luck!
