These Two Smart Cars Have Been Parked In The Same Spot For 3 Years For One Bizarre Reason

In Germany, it’s a mystery that has just been solved. No, we’re not talking about a disappearance or a murder but a story of…cars. More specifically, two Smart cars have been parked in the same spot, without moving, for three years.

But why? A local from the road in Dusseldorf has finally explained: “My rich neighbour affords himself this luxury, so he can park his SUV in his garage without any problems.” He parked these two little cars at either end of the entrance to his covered garage so that no one can hit him while he manoeuvres the car. Clever but costly!

This is frustrating for the neighbours who complain about the space taken up by the Smart cars. Apparently, they have only been moved once in the whole three years, for roadworthiness testing. The question now is how long are they going to stay there for?
