Last year, this mother from Chicago tragically lost her son, after he was brutally shot in the face. To pay tribute to him, she wanted to ‘feel the pain of his last breath’, and get a tattoo of his face, on her face.

Telling her story to tattoo artists Phor and Van Johnson, who were both incredibly moved by the story, she revealed the image that she wanted tattooed onto her cheek. Due to the sensitive nature of the tattoo and the fact she wanted the tattoo in such a visible place, Phor was of course uneasy of doing the tattoo from the outset.
More under this adMore under this adBefore going under the needle, Phor first drew out the tattoo in pen and showed it to her. So far so good, all was well. It wasn’t until after the tattoo was complete and Phor took the woman to the mirror to see the end result, that things turned sour.
Evidently upset at the outcome, the mother doesn't hold back on her comments before storming off, much to the dismay of Phor and the producers.
