More than just training partners, Israel Adesanya and Dan Hooker are true friends. The two New Zealanders were fighting this weekend at UFC 243 and both emerged victorious from the octagon. One with the undisputed medium weight champion's belt at his waist, the other with a place of choice within the densest UFC category, light weights.
These results can be explained by their hard work put in while training. In the video above, you can see the two fighters sparring at the Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training Camp in Phuket, Thailand. The least we can say is that neither fighters are holding back their blows.
