Farewell football, hello pints! The former football star David Beckham has joined forces with his friend, film producer Guy Ritchie, and bought a bar in the Notting Hill area.

The former footballer and his good friend Guy Ritchie, for whom he made a cameo appearance in King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, bought a bar in West London in the fancy Notting Hill area. Work will begin soon and the two friends want the bar, which is named The Walmer Castle, to have a ‘Soho House’ style.
The pub cost them £3 million - but that's no big deal for a world-famous footballer like Becks, who is worth an estimated £336.7 million. The Walmer Castle is on the way to becoming a celebrity-studded bar.
