Advocate for mental health
The Duke of Sussex will be taking on the position of Chief Impact Officer at a San Francisco-based startup called BetterUp—a coaching and mental health company. The job description calls for public advocacy on topics related to mental health while also being involved in initiatives that include product strategy decisions and charitable contributions.

I intend to help create impact in people’s lives. Proactive coaching provides endless possibilities for personal development, increased awareness, and an all-round better life.
This comes as no surprise as the Prince has been vocal about his struggles with mental health throughout his life that were triggered by his mother Princess Diana's death when he was 12 yeas old. He has revealed having sought professional help to help him through the process of coming to terms with years of shutting off all his emotions.

BetterUp's CEO, Alexi Robichaux, has revealed that Prince harry has been working for the company for well over 2 months and that he his not getting any special treatment as a former active member of the Royal Family:
