Wake up at 8
After waking up at 8 a.m., the founder of Facebook immediately checks Facebook, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp on his phone before he even puts in his contact lenses. Zuckerberg says this review of social media usually only takes a few minutes, but it can take longer depending on what’s in the news that day.
Once he’s caught up on the news of the day, it’s time to exercise. Mark Zuckerberg usually exercises around three times a week. He says:

Sometime he even takes his dog with him, Beast, a Hungarian Puli dog. The Facebook CEO says running with his pet has ‘the added bonus of being hilarious because that’s basically like seeing a mop run.’
More under this adMore under this adOnce he’s finished with his exercise, Mark Zuckerberg isn’t too picky about what he eats for breakfast and generally just eats what he wants. He doesn’t like to waste his time on small decisions. This is also why he wears the same clothes almost every day. Mark Zuckerberg’s ‘work clothes’ consist of jeans, trainers and a grey T-shirt.
When asked about his wardrobe back in 2014, he admitted that:

According to CNBC, his Palo Alto home has a ‘custom-made artificially intelligent assistant.’
Social media addict
Mark Zuckerberg spends 50 to 60 hours a week on Facebook but is constantly thinking about social media. He told CNN:
I spend most of my time thinking about how to connect the world and serve our community better, but a lot of that time isn’t in our office or meeting with people or doing what you’d call real work.
According to The Verge, Mark Zuckerberg gets help managing his own social media accounts. A team of 12 people help him delete inappropriate comments and posts left on his Facebook page.
