This Is The World's Largest Downhill Parkour Course

If you're looking for a shot of adrenaline, look no further than this video. If you thought parkour was a little too tame for your blood, obviously you haven't seen this.

The world's largest parkour course

This footage comes from Calen Chan, who took on the world's largest parkour course called Skyladder in Tianman Mountain, China. The course is a sprawling, 999 step long run all at a 45-degree angle. From top to bottom, the distance is equal to3 football pitches! The most impressive part? Chan filmed it all with a GoPro in his mouth:

'I had the wonderful opportunity to come and play here at this beautiful location called Heaven’s Gate', Chan says of the course. Obviously this was difficult, and I physically couldn’t sprint down the entire path of deadly drops without slowing down, but I did my best!'
