The current lockdown has driven many people to their Netflix accounts in an effort to keep entertained. Many are finally catching up on the most hyped shows and these posters are aiming to get people to stay indoors, by spoiling the plots.

Amidst the struggle to stay indoors many are taking extra quick trips to the supermarket to pick up that absolutely essential bag of crisps but we don't need the WHO to tell you that that's a bit of a no-no.

Posters have been popping up in bus stops and subways stations and are absolutelyruining the shows you spent six hours watching just to get to the plot twist and it's all in an effort to keep you home. But luckily, the slogan used on the posters 'you should've #Stayedthef***home' is a pretty good indication that these posters are fake.

Of course, locals have been going crazy over the adverts and they have been plastered all over Twitter, leading Netflix to clear up a few details:

The posters are actually the work of students from the Miami Ad School and are 'spec ads' or speculative advertisements that are made with no promise of payment. But Netflix should definitely be paying the geniuses that came up with this idea,such a creative way to encourage people to stay home.
